From a very young age, Head Designer Derek Ratliff has always had a passion to draw floor plan layouts and design custom homes. Even as a young boy down in his parents basement drawing his very first dream house on graph paper to succesfully graduating from North Carolina A & T State University with a Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering. Derek has always had a knack and ability to create some of the most stylishly unique designs around and since has gone on to design homes in some of the most prestigious neighborhoods and places throughout North Carolina. He has established and nurtured himself and his trade for the past 15 plus years. His likeable, laid back, yet serious demeanor gives clients and contractors alike the comfort level needed to ensure maximum production input and output needed by both or all parties involved to produce a final design that stands the test of time.
